This book is an authentic proof of the author's updated and hands-on knowledge of the subject matter. It is definitely a must-read for anyone interested in the voice UX skills and technologies.

A good book, But, AMAZON, a lot of pages printed with a print defect!! Were are you quality control?

It's a good book to start for anyone just starting working on designing conversational interfaces. The book is not a guide, but rather a collection of insights and real world cases from different VUIs out there.

This book gives a great overview for someone like me who is putting their toes in the waters of Voice UIs. Lots of examples and cases that I would not have considered. Thanks for the insights!

Our son loves this book; great gift

Very insightful read, shed a lot of light on the history of voice UI.

It is ok but not really structured. There is a lot of repetitions and it doesn't really provide an actionable methodology. The good part is the extensive experience of the author on designing IVRs.
