I wish there was a way to swap meals without having to peruse the whole book. Some of the ingredients are a bit out there, expense-wise. Also, she says in the book to avoid soy, and then includes multiple recipes with soy-based foods. It's okay for a few meal ideas, but nothing special or groundbreaking.

There are TONS of wonderfully delicious recipes in this book. I love how listed is what the foods do... i.e. anti-inflammatory, high in protein, etc. And it says the recipes all take about 15 minutes of prep time. I don't do Tofu or Tempeh due to it being a processed soy product and not ideal for women's breast health, but the recipes appear to be easily adaptable to use chicken or turkey in replacement (obviously organic and non hormone meats). The only downside is the initial purchase of altering ones kitchen pantry around to accommodate this new lifestyle, but it is so entirely worth it.

The recipes in here are amazing. I have been using this as a guideline on my diet. I've been on it this diet for two weeks and I feel amazing. Even my husband likes a lot of them

Received this book just in time.This book was very informative and in this book it also has recipes that help you balance out what you should be eating.Also in the book you will learn that you are not alone dealing with PCOS and on top of thatin the book there are all type of helpful information about groups and numbers where meetings can happen and how you can deal with having PCOS. Its worth it not a bad price for such an informative and honest book.

Great info on insulin resistance and how it affects people with PCOS. Recipes are very good, not difficult to make.

The book is informative but I found that a lot of the recipes required a lot of effort or ingredients I did not have/did not know where to find/could not find in my area. Perhaps someone will find it and be able to use it better than I could.

This book is full of so much useful information. A must have for anyone with PCOS. It is also written in a format that is easy to understand.

Good information, but the recipes are too complicated for every day use. There is no mention of serving size and the recipes are to cook for a whole family, not one person.
